This role involves providing support to the Research and Data Team, Developers, QA, and others through strong analytical and research skills. The ideal candidate will analyze clinical guidelines and policies. In addition, the position will create the business requirements related to assigned provider payment policies, create test claims for User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Quality Assurance (QA), and perform other tasks necessary to ensure Burgess’ product offerings are accurate and current and relevant.
As part of Product Development team, the Quality Assurance Healthcare Application Analyst plans, evaluates newly adopted Medicaid/Medicare policies that impact Plan payment policies, analyzes designs, creates and executes test cases and test plans for Burgess™ application solutions in accordance to company SQA and Software Development standards.
As a Security Architect, you will assume direct responsibility for the successful scoping and completion of security architecture projects and consulting services assigned to you and your team. As part of Product Development team, Senior Database Developer analyzes, creates and executes software changes and enhancements for Burgess™ application solutions in accordance to company Software Development standards. The individual is able to consistently demonstrate the ability to deliver at a high level of competency in database development and software performance improvements as well as understand Healthcare claims processing technologies.
You’ll use a high level of proficiency in Medicare/Medicaid reimbursement methodologies, laws and regulations to provide critical support and sharp insights to the research and data team, developers, QA, and more.
You’ll work on developing groundbreaking Healthcare claims processing technologies. You’ll help review and analyze specifications, develop new modules, and perform maintenance for our application solutions.
Candidate must have 6 + years’ experience in Server and Network Engineering. As an Engineer at Burgess Group you will provide day to day support of the Server & Network infrastructure; this includes configure, maintain and monitor Servers and VM infrastructure, all switching and routing equipment. You will be expected to take ownership of tasks and follow through to ensure complete and accurate resolution. You will be contributing to Policy reviews, DR, BCP planning and other project as necessary to support Burgess initiatives.
The SQL Data Analyst will analyze Federal Government, Public Healthcare, Medicare/Medicaid, Claims and Research data from various sources. This position is a critical member of a team building a state of the art healthcare reimbursement software application. This position will be the data expert for a Scrum team, assisting team members in all areas of data exploration, validation, optimization and troubleshooting. This position will be responsible for validating, testing, querying and analyzing data using MS SQL Management Studio and other tools for generating reports using but not limited to, MS SQL SSRS, Excel Macros, SAS Reports, and MS ACCESS.
We seek a technical writer to help support our product documentation. This position works closely with subject matter experts and team members to write and edit technical documentation for Burgess products and services. This self-motivated individual must be able to grasp complex software and data quickly and thoroughly. He or she must be organized and possess excellent communication skills and highly developed writing skills. Attention to detail and an aspiration for grammatical perfection are essential. He or she must be comfortable in an agile development environment and meet assigned deliverables prior to the end of sprint cycles.
