- Pricing based on ASC groups (before 1/1/2008) or ASC payment indicators (on or after 1/1/2008)
- Pricing of surgeries and ancillary items under the ASC fee schedule
- Multiple procedure reductions
- Bilateral procedure logic (modifier 50)
- “Lesser of” policy
- National Correct Coding Initiative (NCCI) edits
- Device credits (modifiers FB and FC)
