Apart from the skill set required below we expect you to master any technology, language, or development IDE that we decide to use in the future.

Responsibilities

  • Design and write code for our new web-based products using ASP.NET and Silverlight.
  • Manage SQL Server database objects and IIS configuration.
  • Maintaining Burgess product line: Client/server applications; Web Services applications; Web Service client applications.
  • Participating in the Design, Architecture, Implementation, Testing, and Documentation of new products.

Prerequisites

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
  • 3-4 years of OO software development using ASP.NET and C#.
  • Minimum 2 years using Microsoft SQL Server.
  • Excellent understanding of web services and IIS configuration.

Competencies of an Ideal Candidate

  • Ability to demonstrate superior coding habits and skills.
  • Excellent problem solver.
  • Familiarity with Expression Blend, WPF, JavaScript, CSS, and AJAX.
  • Experience with version control systems.
  • Unit testing experience.
  • Familiarity with the DevExpress components.
  • Experience with Borland Delphi.
  • Familiarity with the claims reimbursement in the healthcare industry.
  • Can work independently and be a team player.
